Women’s Bodies, Women’s Wisdom

Author Christiane Northrup

Dr. Northrup’s vision of mind body wellness has received extraordinary response from women all over the world. In her book Women’s Bodies, Women’s Healing she explains that combining new technologies with natural remedies and the miraculous healing powers with in the body itself we all have the ability to heal ourselves faster and more completely, and with far fewer medical interventions.

An extract from her book.

Chapter: Feminine Intelligence and a New Mode of Healing

‘All relationships begin with how we treat ourselves. We can begin to heal our lives at the deepest levels when we begin to value our bodies and honour their messages instead of feeling victimised by them. Trusting the wisdom of the body is the leap of faith in a culture that fails to acknowledge how intimately the mind and body are connected. By wisdom of the body I mean that we must learn to TRUST that the symptoms in the body are often the only way the soul can get our attention. Covering up our symptoms with external “cures” prevents us from healing the parts of our lives that need attention and change’.

When I read the above extract I completely identified with Dr. Northrup’s message because I understand intuitively how our bodies are always trying to speak to us. We have a divine healing intelligence with in us and I firmly believe when your health is out of balance we can bring ourselves back into equilibrium if we listen to what our bodies are trying to relay to us. Quantum Healing Hypnosis is a wonderful way to help clients heal themselves directly by asking their body through regression why they are suffering from certain physical conditions and how they can bring themselves back into harmony.

Delores Cannon Founder of Quantum Healing Hypnosis

This is a wonderful explanation of QHHT by the late Delores Cannon the founder of QHHT. It explains about how QHHT works with the Subconscious or Higher Self as I tend to call the part of the mind we are working with.

I was taught QHHT by Julia Cannon, Delores’s daughter.
